Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking two Engineer Embedded Software 2's for an opportunity in Azusa, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, develops, operates and maintains software and firmware components and computing systems software to be applied to and integrated with engineering, scientific and manufacturing requirements. Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools throughout the system development life cycle to support the generation of such engineering applications and products such as laboratory simulation systems, aircraft flight control and display systems, pacemakers, defibrillators, mechanical and electrical systems. Interfaces with customers, suppliers, application users and other technical and support personnel.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 3-years of experience in software engineering
Proficient with C++ , experienced with real-time programming, experienced with Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) (VxWorks 7 or higher preferred).

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 work week.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
