Chipton Ross is seeking a Contracts & Pricing Analyst/Sourcing Manager for a contract opportunity in Lewisville, TX

Primary Responsibilities:

o Build effective strategic relationships with cross-functional partners, internal stakeholders, external suppliers and teams to drive results and influence change.
o Manage internal and external teams and Time and Action to deliver on IMU, quality and delivery goals.
o Conduct pre-and post-season analysis and present findings and actions to executive management
o Maintain detailed product cost information
o Responsible for negotiating program pricing and delivery
o Monitor quality and delivery performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
o Builds relationships with all internal and external partners
o Manages execution and drives performance of sourcing strategies in all functions
o 2-4 years of related experience in retail, quality and trade agreements
o Strong communication skills and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships cross-functionally
o Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail
o Ability to multi-task successfully and prioritize while meeting critical deadlines
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
o Flex PLM proficiency a plus

Work Schedule
1st Shift, 5/40 schedule

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
