Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking 3 Recruiters/Talent Acquisition Business Partner 2's for a REMOTE opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Completing full life-cycle recruiting for various talent profiles, management teams and office locations
• Developing and maintaining favorable relationships with internal and external stakeholders – including campus relationships
• Developing and implementing process improvements that drive operational excellence
• Attending virtual campus and conference events as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Prior recruiting experience, college preferred
• Acts with a sense of urgency and prioritizes responsibilities
• Exceptional business process, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to function independently and collaboratively in a high-volume fast paced corporate environment
• Ability to adapt to changing business environment and requirements
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

EDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40 workweek. Position is 100% remote. May exceed three months.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
