Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking two Stock Clerk 2's for an opportunity in Northridge, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives and fills orders and performs order status inquiry for all completed orders. Adjusts orders as necessary when damages or shortages occur.
Fills and prepares inventory for transportation and monitors progress throughout shift to assure efficient completion of duties.
Provides quality service by following organization standards.
Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High school Diploma or equivalent and 1-5 years of experience.
Inventory Control
Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement, affordability, and adaptability.
Requires strong interpersonal and organization skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in warehouse management systems and PC environments.
Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator.
Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Basic math skills and the ability to perform simple transactions on a computer.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
4/10 work week

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
