Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking an Assembler for a contract opportunity in El Segundo, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• BLUEPRINT READING
• MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY
• ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY

EDUCATION:
Accredited basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).


WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
2nd Shift

Training will be on 1st shift (6am-2:30pm). Once completed, candidates will move to 2nd shift ( 2:30PM-12AM) Position has the possibility of going direct with the company after 3-4 months depending on performance.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
