Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Help Desk Technical Support 3 for an opportunity in Alexandria, VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
GFEBS-SA Finance/Funds Management (FI/FM) Tier 2 Help Desk Agent for Project Whipple. This position will report to the GFEBS-SA Tier 2 Lead. Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 related GFEBS-SA FI/FM related Tickets
- Support FI/FM related interface Error resolution
- Support FI/FM related Master Data Maintenance
- Collaborate with Team lead to help identify ticket trends and develop related Knowledge Management Articles
- Collaborate with Tier 1 to assist with increased first contact ticket resolution
- Collaborate with Tier 3 on ticket escalation items

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of SAP experience (preferred)
• Prior GFEBS and/or GFEBS-SA Finance/Funds Management experience (preferred)
• Helpdesk experience
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience working in an application maintenance environment
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Articulate, detail-oriented, dedicated and conscientious

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40 work week.


MISCELLANEOUS:

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
