Chipton-Ross is seeking a Accounting Clerk/ Administrative Assistant for an opening in Plya Del Ray, CA.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant responsibilities may vary depending on their level of experience. Seeking someone with Accounting and or Administrative support. Would be responsible for data entry and maintaining ledgers, ensuring payments and receivables are current, or coding documents according to an organization's procedures. When needed some Administrative support as well.

REQUIREMENTS:
Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and software

Posting financial transactions in databases

Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks

Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets

Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings

Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records

Interacting with management, customers, vendors and customers


EDUCATION:
HSD/GED required
Bachelor Degree preferred

SHIFT:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
