Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Technical Support Representative II for a Hybrid/Remote opening in Skaneateles, NY.

The position requires personnel to troubleshoot device problems at the customer’s facility by referencing knowledge center documents (DFUs, TSBs, operating manual) and consult with other technical resource available to you. No travel required to perform this role.
Agents handle two types of issues, problems with the medical device itself or problems the medical device transferring diagnostic and/or vital sign data across the client’s network that ends up in the electronic medical record.
Medical device / IT systems technical support experience
Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, including registry settings and group policies
Networking: TCP/IP protocol, WAN, LAN, GSM/GPRS.
Familiarity with DICOM and/ or HL7 Standards
Database experience including basic SQL queries
Clinical workflow experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting preferred
Phone queue/email case support workflows
Experience with quality processes in a regulated industry
Associates degree in a technical discipline is required
This is a Monday-Friday position (8a-8p) with some on call responsibilities (nights and weekends).
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
