Chipton-Ross is seeking an Facilities Planning Representative 2 for a contract opportunity in Redondo Beach, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities are in more than one of the following facilities areas: facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing or real estate coordination. Works closely with and/or provides advice and counsel to the company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 Schedule. Day shift

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
