Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Stock Assistants for a contract opportunity in Manassas, VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a combination of manual and clerical duties to receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies in a central warehouse.
Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications and invoices; stores articles according to identifying factors; fills orders or issues supplies from stock; requisitions stock to fill incoming orders; and prepares stock use reports.
Determines methods or places for storage considering guidelines for temperature, humidity, weight or height limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to obtain forklift license upon starting the position.
Previous warehouse experience is HIGHLY preferred
Computer literacy is a must and a successful candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail.

EDUCATION:
BS Degree is not required. HS Diploma is required.

SHIFT:
4/10-1st Shift

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
