Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Human Resources Assistant 3's for a contract/remote opportunity.

We are actively seeking a well-qualified Recruiting Assistant. This important role requires attention to detail and a strong customer focus. Qualified candidates will have experience performing administrative tasks, using Outlook and an applicant tracking system (ATS). It’s also important to be flexible/adaptable and have the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment. The position serves as a vital, behind-the-scenes collaborator, supporting our Recruiters and making sure applicants have a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Scheduling individual, panel, face-to-face, Zoom and phone interviews
-Coordinating applicant travel, as necessary, and initiating expense reimbursement
-Assisting with other talent acquisition activities and projects
-Working in a high volume, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
-Documenting and communicating with accuracy
-Utilizing the applicant tracking system & Outlook
-Solving problems by utilizing training, knowledge, tools and analytical skills
-Following guidelines and adhering to HR/TA processes and procedures
-Maintaining confidentiality
-Providing a high level of customer service

- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience
- Experience working in human resources or recruiting environment
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong experience with Outlook and managing Outlook Calendars
-Experience working with applicant tracking systems
-Experience coordinating/scheduling high-volume and quick turn interview scheduling requests with accuracy and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree
-Experience working in Workday Applicant Tracking System

High school diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

5/40 workweek. Position is remote, however the manager needs one contractor in DMV is DC, Maryland, VA (required) with hiring preference to candidate local to Fairfax, VA or Baltimore, MD and one in San Diego, CA.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
