Chipton-Ross is seeking a Quality Engineer II for a contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The PQE supports the portfolio of products manufactured on the production lines to which they are assigned, assuring compliance to appropriate standards, regulations, and procedures. The PQE demonstrates product Quality ownership and drives product excellence throughout realization by working closely with Operations to identify and resolve production and quality system issues and to drive continuous improvement in compliance and product quality.
• Ensure that Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) are completed thoroughly and accurately, are written in accordance with established QMS processes, and are dispositioned in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure that issues that arise on the manufacturing line which may require evaluation for possible escalation to CAPA are investigated in accordance with an appropriate Non-Conforming Evaluation (NCE) process.
Reviews and assess complaints received for products and ensure that investigations and action items are completed on time to meet Complaint timeliness objective.
• Support in-coming component inspection and First-Article Inspection (FAI) activities associated with the relevant production lines.
