- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Training Lead for a contract opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA.
The Training Lead will be responsible to define and deliver the learning strategy for the Payroll & Time Program, ensuring all colleagues are equipped for the many changes in processes and systems. They will be responsible for identifying all the training requirements associated with the program, devising the plan for ensuring all training is delivered, and developing the material. This is a critical role for ensuring a successful implementation of the new Payroll & Time applications and associated processes
Responsible for all Training activities to support the NA Payroll and Time implementation program. Work in partnership with the Payroll & Time program team to define the necessary Learning and Development strategy covering all aspects of the program. Producing training material and training comms which is imaginative and suitable for the various target audiences. Responsible for developing and leading the Training plan for the NA implementation, ensuring all aspects of training to all impacted colleagues is effectively managed & delivered. Ensure the development and management of detailed learning and development plans from initial needs analysis through delivery and measurement. Define and agree a learning measurement strategy, including clear metrics that clearly demonstrate training delivery. Responsible for the completion of all Training deliverables and report outs during program reviews, forums and toll gates.
Demonstrable Learning and Development management experience gained within a complex, implementation project - experience of Payroll implementations an advantage. Strong experience in adult learning and training development. Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly growing/changing work environment with the skills to influence and lead people to your point of view through personal and professional credibility. Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. Excellent project planning and management skills, ensuring that cross-functional team members understand roles and responsibilities and key deadlines are met. Excellent communication skills - verbal, written form and presentation. Self-motivated with a bias for action and a keen sense of urgency. Must possess adequate computer skills in Microsoft 365 Office applications. Evidence of working within a matrix managed environment with proven ability to influence and drive change.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
