Chipton-Ross is seeking a Planning Scheduling Analyst 3 for an opportunity in Chandler, AZ.

This position can be onsite or remote.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis and identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5+ years' experience with using Microsoft Project on large projects, doing statusing and baseline change requests (BCRs), knowledge of earned value practices, critical path analysis, DCMA surveillance/audits, some experience with cost/schedule integration, interaction with control account managers (CAMs), etc.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree
School must be accredited.


HOURS:
5/40 workweek.
1st shift


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
