- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Formulation Technician for a contract opportunity in Frederick, MD.
This position largely interacts with equivalent levels of personnel in the manufacturing area. Good oral and written communication skills are required to routinely manufacture saleable products, identify problems and implement solutions in a team environment. Effectiveness in this role requires a functional knowledge of the client's manufacturing process and Standard Operating Procedures, great attention to detail and the ability to see opportunities for improved effectiveness. The job encounters work situations of moderate scope and complexity and identifiable factors. Works on problems where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Incumbent exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine action. The incumbent normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instruction on new assignments. 85-95% of time spent on work order processing of bulk formulations.
Looking for candidates that can work on a team while performing as an individual contributor. Stong worker that requires little guidance to perform their work. Looking for basic computer skills, SAP or E1 experience preferred. Pharmacy or Health related experience preferred, food industry formulations could also work.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Monday-Friday 10:00pm-6:30am. Occasional Sat OT required (Excluding Pre-arranged plans) and minimal OT as needed.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
