Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in St. Louis, MO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Focus on Project-based work for clean-up of Archives.
-Scan, archive, and organize of Documentation.
-Transfer of Documentation between archives
Cataloging of Documentation.
-Other duties that are specific to Archival Clean up and support.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Experience with Excel- Intermediate or proficient. No Advance skills required.
-Iron Mtn Support preferred and industry experience in Pharmaceutical.
-Must be able to lift 25+lbs. Likely to convert based on strong performance and attendance.

EDUCATION: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.

WORK HOURS: 2:00pm - 10:30pm. 2nd SHIFT - Second shift.
Tuesday - Saturday (preferred-1st choice), Monday-Friday is an option but please focus first on finding candidates that will work Tuesday-Saturday..
Flexible Schedule.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
