Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Treasury Operations, is responsible for managing and reporting of daily cash, cash positioning, cash forecasting, assistance in maintaining banking relationships, providing support for audit and compliance, and supporting debt compliance. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Treasury Operations and will interact with the Senior Director, Treasurer as well as other management of the Company.

40% - Cash Management
Daily cash positioning: Prepare, monitor, and process the daily cash and cash-related transactions of the Company's bank accounts in accordance with policies and procedures Perform reconciliation and reporting of prior day cash accounting Prepare and review outgoing wires via external bank portal Prepare routine and ad hoc reporting of cash balances and investments for management use Execute investment purchases and monitor redemptions Ensure adherence to all SOX controls and audit requirements Assist with updating and maintaining the cash forecast model; requires frequent interaction with other finance personnel and a working knowledge of the budgetary and cash forecasting processes. Capture actual activity and perform trend analysis.
25% - Banking Relationships
Assist with all bank account documentation activities: opening/closing accounts, changes to signatories, and maintenance of users on banking portals Make recommendations regarding existing or new bank services Track all bank fees and perform monthly analysis of fees Assist with Merchant card administration.
35% - Audit and Other
Support Treasury team in preparing audit requests (external audits, government audits, and internal audits) Track foreign exchange rates; prepare and distribute monthly reports Assist with creating and maintaining Treasury policies and procedures Assist with Treasury automation efforts via APIs & Robotics Support ad-hoc Treasury projects as needed Support Capital Markets requests as needed Assist with acquisition integration

3+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, FP&A, or public accounting
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and Word
Strong data analytics and financial modeling skills & dash; ability to summarize data and present to management
Experience with implementing process improvements and workflow changes
Experience with developing workpapers, reports, forecasts, and models
Able to see the big picture and influence the Treasury organization towards continuous improvement Robotics and API experience a plus
Knowledge of Qlik a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and sort through high levels of complexities is a must
Strong communication skills; ability to tailor message to specific audience
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily deadlines and interacting frequently with senior management and other Finance functions

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, and/or CTP are a plus. Strong academic credentials.
