Chipton-Ross is seeking an administrative assistant for a hybrid contract opportunity in Englewood, CO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates and routes subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized hardware and services for subcontracts in support of development, production, and global sustainment for multiple contract types. Prepares, issues and executes bid packages (RFI/RFP, ROM) including tracking supplier proposal due dates. Assists SCA team with reviewing, routing, and gathering invoice approvals including troubleshooting invoice discrepancies with suppliers and SCA. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Responsible for routing supplier data requirements through data management system for numerous suppliers. Supports with contract delivery date updates as well as closeout execution for multiple contract type line items.
EDUCATION:
BS+3-5 YRS or MS+0-3 YRS
SHIFT:
4/10-1st ShiftEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
