- Chipton-Ross is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract opportunity in Franklin, MA.
SUMMARY:
The Accounts Receivable Representative supports the Collections team with daily administrative duties such as credit card processing, review and submission of invoices into customer portals and other tasks instrumental in helping the team to achieve their collection goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure timely and accurate posting of cash across several business units and ERP’s. Assist team with month end close tasks as needed. Upload invoices on customer portals for payment, including resolving any rejected invoices. Work with the Collections Team to resolve cash application posting discrepancies. Process invoices for PAI business unit or others as needed. Assist immediate Supervisor and Manager with special projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience working with high volumes of cash receipts. Outstanding reconciliation and analysis skills. Creative analytical and problem-solving skills to research and resolve unidentified payments. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Highly oriented to detail, planning and organizing skills. Excellent written and interpersonal skills. Possess and maintain a positive work demeanor; enthusiastically promote partnership. Results focus and a dedication to excellence.
EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
WORK HOURS:
Full--Time
M-F 8.30am - 5pm Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
