Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an AP/AR Support Associate for a contract opportunity in Sanford, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role is unique in that we require someone to be able to help verify A/P batches for accuracy as well as assist A/R with collection efforts and completing student audits for final billings.
• Review A/P batches for accuracy prior to posting
• Help with collection efforts working with the site A/R specialist as well as 2 collection agencies
• Using data from the training subsystem, populate final audit templates to determie the final amount owed by flight academy students
• Ad Hoc / Misc Requests

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-5 years of prior A/P, A/R, and collections support
• Detailed oriented
• Excellent organization skills
• Knowledge of Solomon (MS Dynamics) preferred
• Ability to work with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree

SHIFT:
Full-Time (08:00am-05:00pm)

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
