Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in Greenville, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant performs normal office functions such as coordinating the manager’s schedule, scheduling meetings using MS Outlook, manages conference room scheduling, and corresponding via email. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment. Coordinates travel and compiling expense reports. Will support a manager and group of individuals.This position schedules and coordinates interviews with job candidates and assists with department talent acquisition process; creates, maintains, and updates tracking spreadsheets; as well as sets up and maintains files including personnel files. Administration Assistant submits requests for basic employee set ups, directory access, phone/computer moves; manages, submits, and monitors employee security paperwork; and prepares and submits labor corrections, pay corrections, and overtime requests. The successful candidate will become proficient in using SAP to generate labor reports.Administration Assistant also assists the manager in managing the ordering of equipment and supplies through the various mechanisms, such as ECR's, overhead and/or capital-including working with purchasing for quotes.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, punctual, and professional in all dealings.
• Moderate proficiency with MS Office is required.
• Must be able to operate typical office equipment.
• Must have excellent grammar, analytical and spelling skills.
• Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree

SHIFT:
Full- Time (08:00am-05:00pm)

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
