Chipton-Ross is seeking a Credit Analyst for a contract opportunity in Wall Township, NJ.

This position is 100% onsite.

1.Processes supplier invoices against authorized purchase orders or check requests.
2. Creation of payment proposals and cash disbursements.
3. Supplier work flow creation.
4. Process payment proposals through Trax.
5. Monthly inter-company reconciliations.
6. Investigate and resolve problems with internal and external suppliers.
7. Process month end reports related to the accounts payable function.
8. File invoices and remittance copies to vendors.
9. Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls
10. Other duties as assigned by manager
Create and maintain credit history files; Analyze and assess the creditworthiness of account/client using external credit risk management tools/reports; support the collection efforts/calls for accounts receivable portfolio; document daily collections activity; research account disputes and billing discrepancies; Perform account/payment reconciliations; Respond to credit inquiries from external and internal clients; Identify delinquent accounts requiring external collection efforts; Identify bad debt or financial exposure.

Experience: 1-3 years experience.

Entry level job with little or no prior relevant work experience

Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks

Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy

Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures

Accredited High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
