Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Assistant 3 for a contract opportunity in Chandler, AZ.
Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. Will perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; tracking and ordering office supplies; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Duties can also include assisting with procurement process, expense processing, and task scheduling/processing, among other duties. Will also support various metrics, document release processes, and keeping Organizational charts up to date.
- High School Diploma
- Requires proficiency with MS Office (Excel. Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and process information from multiple sources
- Responsive and motivated in task completion
- Ability to track schedule and budget of assignments
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing schedules (MS Project)
- Tracking hardware, working with procurement and vendors
- Experience with Sharepoint site development
High school diploma or equivalent/GED is required.
School must be accredited.
9/80 workweek. 100% onsite.
