Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Maintenance Janitor 1 for a contract opportunity in Northridge, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping or vacuuming.
• Clean and re-supply restrooms and/or showers.
• Clean and polish all stainless steel surfaces, including but not limited to restroom fixtures, elevator panels and kick boards.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors per supervisor instruction Dust furniture, partitions, in cubicle and common areas
• Mix water and cleaning solutions in containers according to required dilutions.
• Follow procedures for the use of cleaning solutions and equipment, in order to prevent damage to areas being cleaned
• Empty and dispose of trash from all building sites

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous Janitorial experience preferred
• Work a 4/10 schedule
• May be required to work OT and weekends, depending on business needs
• Able to lift up to 50Lbs.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
4/10 workweek.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
