Chipton Ross is seeking a HR Workforce and Compensation Analyst for a direct opening in San Diego, CA.

Role Summary

If so, then you should apply to our open HR Workforce and Compensation Analyst role.
The HR Workforce and Compensation Analyst provides insights and analysis on various programs and initiatives, in addition to business line challenges throughout the organization. Working closely with other members of the Total Rewards team you may also be called upon to provide subject matter expertise to implement change, support team effectiveness, or deliver total reward programs.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Total Rewards and have frequent with HR and business leadership.

Job Responsibilities
" Analyzes data and statistics to identify trends and patterns pertaining to various HR functions and makes recommendations based on findings. Interprets patterns and trends in complex data sets for diagnosis and prediction.
" Lead the development of data analysis strategies and analyze critical HR business objectives utilizing and determining the appropriate statistical techniques, visualizations and/or predictive modeling to explain people trends and provide insights to HR related questions.
" Design and build robust and complex data models and analysis related to various human resources related projects.
" Develops and maintains complex report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end- user information portals or resources.
" Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
" Identifies opportunities and improvements in reporting; develops new or modifies existing solutions, techniques, or processes to improve our data-driven performance.
" Perform audits to ensure accuracy of the data and soundness of the logic used to develop models.
" Establish benchmarking data and research to guide better decisions making pertaining to human resource functions.
" Promote a strong sense of risk awareness in our data processes, maintaining efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
" Partner with business leaders and HR functional groups to develop a standard set of key performance indicators.
" Collaborate with colleagues to develop new innovate and complex technical solutions to help achieve business objectives that can frequently change.
" Create briefing presentations and visualizations based on data, using story-boarding.
" Demonstrate thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
" Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
" Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.

" Twelve or more years of progressive a data analytics or equivalent function
" Must have a strong background working with statistical tools, used for reporting and analyzing information and demonstrate a strong business and human resources acumen.
" Possess the ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of unusually complex technical issues
" Possess excellent analytical, verbal and written communications and presentations skills to accurately document and report findings to a variety of audiences, including senior management
" Have excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to influence and guide employees, senior managers and senior external parties
" Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information;
" Possess the ability to initiate, plan and manage projects. Ability to work independently or lead in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.
" Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

" Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems and Technology or related field
" MBA and/or advanced degree is preferred

Work Schedule
1st shift, 9/80 schedule

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
