Chipton-Ross is seeking an Instructor/Technical Trainer for a contract opportunity in Renton, WA.
This position is 100% onsite.
Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives. Designs and develops course content and instructional materials. Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes.
o Experience in Commercial Aircraft Mechanical procedures i.e. installation/removals, sealing, line installation, bonding and grounding, torquing, safe tying devices, etc.
o Experience transferring knowledge through formal or informal modes of training
o Experience and ability to demonstrate skills associated with aircraft operations and maintenance i.e. aircraft servicing, jacking, towing, fueling/de-fueling, component installation/removal, etc.
o Military Technical School Training and/or FAA A&P License
- A and P cert is a plus
Accredited education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
