Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Designer 2 for a contract opportunity in Hazelwood, MO.

This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains releases and assists in developing electrical/mechanical drawings, systems designs or engineering documentation and data, by applying Company, industry and governmental standards. Using design tools, prepares documentation and incorporates basic design changes. Creates, develops and maintains elementary systems designs. Supports engineering system design and functionality validation activities. Supports the development and maintenance of moderately-complex product installation designs and part designs. Supports coordination with internal partners and external suppliers. Works under general supervision.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of military customers, military processes, military ground support equipment, or actual military experience.
Experience performing testing, verification, troubleshooting, and repairs using both automatic and manually operated aerospace ground support equipment.
Adept in drawing interpretation
Proficient computer aided design tools
Electrical Systems Design Experience

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
1st Shift

MISCELLANEOUS:

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
