Chipton-Ross is seeking a Service Desk Agent for a hybrid contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs traditional Tier 1 Service Desk troubleshooting and incident resolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years' experience customer service, Microsoft products, networking, and general IT support
Must be local to Orlando, FL and willing to work onsite as needed
EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
SHIFT:
Full- Time
3 possible shifts
07:00am-05:00pm, 02:00pm-11:00pm or 11:00pm-07:00am.
Ample notice will be given if the need to switch to a different shift is required.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
