Chipton-Ross is seeking a Contingent Labor Program Manager for a contract position in San Diego, CA.

We are one of the world's leading resources for high-technology systems development ranging from the nuclear fuel cycle to remotely piloted aircraft, airborne sensors, and advanced electric, electronic, wireless and laser technologies.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contingent Labor Program Manager to join the Talent Acquisition Programs Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the contingent labor program including temporary staff augmentation, contingent and retained search.

10 or more years of progressive professional HR/staffing project administration experience.
Must demonstrate a broad understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
Experience with the staffing/temp labor industry.
Project management experience is a must.
Microsoft Office Suite mastery is a must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have extensive and detailed technical expertise and application of relevant human resources principles, theories and concepts.
Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in an evolving environment while contributing to the development of new processes.

Must be customer focused and possess: (1) the ability to identify issues, analyze data and develop solutions to a variety of complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation; (2) strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings; (3) strong interpersonal skills enabling an effective interface with other professionals; and (4) strong computer skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline and thirteen or more years of progressive human resources professional experience with at least seven of those years managing human resources processes and personnel.

M-F 1st Shift, 5/40 schedule
*Commute to the office two days per week*

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
