Chipton-Ross is seeking a Sales Assistant for a contract opportunity in New York, NY.

This position is 100% onsite.

Provide general administrative support, including preparing for meetings and client submissions.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including managing messenger/shipments/reports as requested.
Coordinate samples and documentation for customers, including safety and regulatory documents.
Assist in the project brief process to ensure internal teams meet deadlines and adhere to processes.
Follow-up on Customer and Sales Team requests.
Maintain commercial data and multiple databases/systems, including SAP.
File and maintain all commercial documents.
Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation, innovative follow up and problem solving techniques.
Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients.
Short Term actions for Avon team:
Avon Coding: Packing manually of 15 standards per oil.
Shipping oils/pumps (Creating labels/Creating shipping forms for international shipments, etc)
SAP oil orders creation & follow up with QC and plant.
Pulling fragrances and creating samples for presentations (fragrance intelligence, olfactive vision, training for new client members)
Logging In base.
Avon Cross-reference updates.

Accredited Bachelor's Degree


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
