201000 - Clean Room Operator

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Clean Room Operator for a contract opportunity in Miami, OK.

o Sign in logbook.
o Change into scrubs.
o Get clean room clothes. (Suit, hood, boots, and sterile gloves).
o Put on hair cover and wash hands at the wash station.
o Put on first pair of sterile gloves.
o Wipe suit, hood, and boots with Isopropyl Alcohol and then enter change room.
o Put on clean room clothes, sterile mask, and second pair of sterile gloves.
o Enter clean room.
o Take product out of ovens/dryers or reload from washer.
o Package product according to customer specifications along with lot numbers.
o Fill out all paper work and have QA sign off where appropriate.
o Send product through pass through with paper work.
o May perform other duties as assigned.

o Must have at least one year of Manufacturing, Assembly, and Assembly line work experience.
o Preferred experience in cleanroom environment or experience working in sterile medical device/equipment environment.
o Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
o While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
o The employee frequently is required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
o The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
o The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
o Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
o While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
o The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.

o High School Diploma, GED, or a combination of education and experience required.

3rd Shift-Monday thru Friday = 10:00 pm. to 6:30am.
Volunteers for OT taken on Saturday and Sunday.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
