Chipton-Ross is seeking a Sr. Payroll Analyst for an opportunity in Irving, TX.

o Perform balance and adjustment based on request
o Post monthly LTI options
o Perform quality audits
o Auxiliary processing, i.e. Special Pays
o Respond to inquiries from customers within SLA
o Ad hoc query request
o Manage and create audit reports

o CPP Certification from American Payroll Association (APA)
o 5 years Global Payroll experience
o Microsoft Excel/spreadsheet analysis experience required
o SAP payroll experience preferred
o ADP Streamline Software experience preferred

Qualities the successful candidate must possess:
o Bachelor's Degree, i.e. business or accounting and relevant work experience
o Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (excel, word, and PowerPoint)
o 5-10 years of payroll processing experience including relevant regulatory requirements; internal policy and procedure; accounting practices; system software requirements
o Must be able to critically apply knowledge of FLSA, federal and state laws, etc.
o Experience working with multi-state locations
o Must posses a strong characteristic for attention to detail and accuracy
o Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;
o Problem-solving; organizing and prioritizing work demands in order to meet critical deadlines
o Perform basic payroll calculations
o Operating a personal computer including standard software and some specialized accounting software
o Five years or more of experience involving extensive payroll duties
o Well developed organizational skills
o Ability to work independently with little direction in day to day functional responsibilities of the position

Bachelor's Degree is required.
School must be accredited.

5/40 workweek

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
