Chipton-Ross is seeking an Engineer ElectroMechanical 2 for an opportunity in Newport News, VA.
Applies electrical, electronic and mechanical principles to components and systems, including assembly, analysis, and documentation of results; construction of developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and components; and quality testing. Supports and participates in the design, test, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electromechanical systems.
2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters
Ideal candidate will have experience in the engine room of a navy ship. Our group develops products and provides services for generators, switchboards, and power control equipment.
Familiarity with the reactor compartment or engine rooms of a navy ship. Prior work with generators, switchboards, or power control equipment.
Bachelor's Degree required.
School must be accredited.
5/40. This position is first shift, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
