Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Training Specialist for a contract opportunity in Plainsboro, NJ.

This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help to coordinate E-learning courseware deployment, set up certification and follow up
o Support SME for training content creation
o Provide support to project team members on training activities and methodology: training plan, training documentation, tracking and reporting in Learning Management System (LMS)
o Write SOPs and Work Procedures to support the Initial standard training program for new hires to be implemented.
o Support the On-Boarding Program for the site, and Annual Trainings.
o Responsible to provide training records from our main LMS systems. Compliance Suite and Horizon.
o Responsible for supporting the Production Specialist with document preparation as needed. And act as back up in his absents.
o Provide training records to support internal and external audits.
o Help to coordinate E-learning courseware deployment, set up certification and follow up
o Provide support to project team members on training activities and methodology: training plan, training documentation, tracking and reporting in Learning Management System (LMS)
o Support the annual recognition program for SAP Super User (survey data collection, coordinates efforts with resources in the Business Solutions Team (BST))
o Support the administration of BPE training catalog in the LMS (user management, content publishing, profile creation)
o Provide ad-hoc additional administrative support

REQUIREMENTS:
Familiar with deployment of competency-based learning programs and associated software assets (e.g., e-Learning tools, Learning Management Systems) and training/mentoring assets (e.g., "Train the Trainer" and other soft competency training programs)
Minimum overall experience of 4/5 years in a similar position within an international environment
Previous experience of designing and delivering training materials
Proficient with MS office (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively in English
Creative, detail-oriented and interested in the the development of E-learning training materials
Working independently, alongside others
Communicating as part of a team
Getting organized and in control, achieving efficient, timely, quality results by directing efforts on expected outcomes
Demonstrating commitment to appropriate decisions in a timely manner
Fostering enthusiasm and common purpose
Fluent in English

DESIRED SKILLS:
Understanding of Learning methodologies
Awareness on Change Management
Use of rapid development content tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Camtasia) to create online courseware
Experienced with Learning Management System administration

EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED

SHIFT:
Full-Time


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
