Chipton-Ross is seeking an Events Representative for a contract opportunity in Fort Worth, TX.

The role entails supporting senior team members with complex engagements, developing agendas and event production schedules, managing logistics (hotels, transportation, catering, etc.), coordinating with key stakeholders, advising on protocol and compliance topics, managing vendors, and creating staffing plans, budgets and after-action reports. Periodically, these tasks will require working in the early morning hours and/or on evenings and/or weekends, as the representative is expected to use in-place processes and teamwork to ensure their flawless execution. Accordingly, the chosen candidate should possess strong organizational skills, as well as sharp business and financial acumen, and should be able to work well collaboratively. In the process, the representative will have an opportunity to cultivate skills in fostering customer intimacy while ensuring that Aeronautics provides a world-class customer experience.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
- Previous experience with Event Planning and execution of Corporate Events with distinguished attendees (IE Military, CEO, VPs etc.)
- Skilled at working across multiple organizations, locations and levels of leadership
- Experience preparing detailed plans for large-scale, multifaceted projects
- Experience preparing detailed project plans and managing large-scale, multifaceted projects
- Experience vetting logistical contracts through legal processes
- Proven experience interacting with various cultures and high-level international and United States government/military customers
- Budget management experience
- Experience communicating with executive leadership and high-level customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Proven project management and/or event planning experience in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and professional presentation at all times
- Strong multitasking skills and initiative to plan and deliver flawlessly executed simultaneous events with little to general supervision
- Basic knowledge and acceptance of defense contractor standards
- Past experience negotiating pricing and agreements with vendors and suppliers

Accredited Bachelor's Degree
