Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a contract opportunity in Palmdale, CA.
Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, test racks, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes. The applicant will be work on the electrical wiring and harness assembly diagram design and development. The applicant will be familiar with Avionics hardware, Buses (i.e. Ethernet, 1553, ARINC-429, RS-232/485, Discretes), and Aircraft hardware. Duties include creating and building test racks, wiring diagrams and harness assembly diagrams, resolving wiring/integration related issues between the various avionics/electrical systems. Has experience utilizing hands on tools, soldering, crimping and familiar with 38999 connectors, validating/interpreting/troubleshooting/resolving any wiring related issues, performing technical checks to ensure wiring document correctness.

• Ability to read electrical schematics
Accredited Bachelor's degree
