Chipton-Ross is seeking two Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Business Partner 2 for an opportunity in Redondo Beach, CA.
Provides enterprise operational support to the University Recruiting and Relations team to include process design, development and implementation; candidate "keep-warm" activities and events; support to virtual engagements; engagement on employment marketing and communications efforts for university recruiting campaigns; supports collateral distribution and invoice payments. Possesses the business acumen to influence key stakeholders, develop trusting relationships and effects business outcomes. Effectively leverages other functional areas as well as utilizes data and market intelligence when advising the business and executing staffing strategies. Understands and adheres to compliance, diversity and talent acquisition processes. Exhibits the actions and behaviors that demonstrate the Leadership Characteristics.
High School Diploma.
Experience with Workday or another Enterprise level Applicant Tracking System required
High school diploma or GED.
School must be accredited.
Flexible hybrid working location within California
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
