Chipton Ross if seeking a Parts Processor for a contract assignment in Nashville, TN


Parts Processor

The Parts Processor will be responsible for the loading and unloading of parts in racks or baskets for purposes of forming the parts by chemical and treatment processes such as etching, chromodizing, degreasing, stripping, anodizing, set up of spot welding machine, etc.

Job Responsibilities
o Set up and operate various spot welding machines and make adjustments as required
o Determine emersion times and temperatures when information is not furnished
o Maintain solution in tanks by making necessary additions as needed
o Mask, clean and size parts for chem milling
o Metal tag parts as required

Job Qualifications
o High School Diploma
o Crane training certification
o 1 year experience metal treatment
o 1 year spot weld experience
o 1 year chem milling experience

Work Schedule
1st Shift, 4/10 Schedule

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
