Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Materials Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Courtland, AL.

This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kitting materials and supplies (consumables and tools) to support Production Order.
Shop Floor Control - daily monitoring and upkeep of Plant Stock and Consumable materials to include reconciling quantity of issuance and locating and removing shelf-life sensitive material.
Works with Production Planning to support Production Operations.
Sorts, posts, and files such paperwork as inventory records, production schedules, and other production control data. Keeps records of number of units shipped and number of jobs in production. Estimates and logs production rate and time expenditure of a department. May prepare shop orders indicating such factors as style, size, quantity, and priority. May review stock records, consumption figures, and detail schedules to determine stock status against program requirements. May prepare input forms for automated data processing system and may operate personal computer equipment. Performs other clerical tasks relating to duties.

REQUIREMENTS:
SAP or Warehouse experience

EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED

SHIFT:
Full-Time
4/10-2nd Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
