Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Garden Grove, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform daily walkthrough of office areas, breakroom, restrooms and shop floor to assure areas are clean, in good working order and ready for the day
• Maintain security system maintenance and programming
• Responsible for checking and updating Maintenance Request Log
• Assist in the assembly of shop work stations as needed
• Assist maintenance technician with repair tasks as needed
• General knowledge of plumbing and electrical repair
• Paint office and shop floor areas as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
• General knowledge and proficiency in Office 365 software
• Knowledge in use of hand and power tools
• Knowledge in the operation of forklift and scissor lift is preferred, but not required
• Job requires working at heights of 15-20 feet
• Must be able to occasionally lift 40-50 lbs.
• Must be able to walk, stand and kneel for extended periods of time throughout the day
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese (Reading/Writing/Spoken) is preferred, but not required

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED

SHIFT:
Full-Time
06:00AM-02:30PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
