Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Management 1 for a contract opportunity in Melbourne, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and catalog resumes,
Interface w/the FHR and Talent Acquisition to schedule interviews
Support hiring events
Capture/maintain resume and interview records and associated data.

Will support and execute the hiring, staffing and onboarding process, and will monitor the associated activities to ensure stakeholder involvement and on-schedule completion.

Will be responsible for supporting the collection and reporting staffing process metrics.

The preferred candidate will additionally be able to review resumes for fit w/SW requirements and capable of identifying/introducing improvements to the process/metrics, and highlighting process anomalies and performance issues for SW Leadership action.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Project Administration/Coordination experience
Previous experience supporting or executing hiring responsibilities
Experience in project analysis or planning role on major development program.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to the Software Lifecycle
Experience with software development processes and software metric.
A background in data analysis

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree
School must be accredited

HOURS:
9/80 work week

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
