Chipton-Ross is seeking two Human Resources Assistants for a remote opportunity.
-Schedule individual, panel, face-to-face, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and telephone interviews
-Coordinate applicant travel, as necessary, and initiate candidate expense reimbursement
-Assist with other talent acquisition activities and projects as assigned
-Ability to perform task effectively and concisely for very high-volume and fast-paced environment
-Document and communicate with accuracy professionalism
-Solution problems by utilizing training, knowledge, tools, and analytical skills
-Follow guidelines and adhere to HR/TA processes and procedures
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong experience managing Outlook Calendars
-Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service delivery
-Experience working in Workday
-Experience working in human resources or recruiting environment
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
-Experience coordinating/scheduling high-volume and quick turn interview scheduling requests with accuracy and professionalism
High School Diploma.
School must be accredited.
5/40 workweek. This position is 100% remote. RMT
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
