Chipton-Ross is seeking a Software Engineer 3 for a remote contract opportunity.
Interfacing with development team and stakeholders throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (Requirements gathering, design, development, testing, etc), development/enhancement/extension of both new and existing SAPUI5 applications, as well as creation of relevant technical specifications. - Full SAAS life-cycle implementation- Writing functional specification/personas/user stories, creating test plan and test scripts- Problem solving, analytic skills and troubleshooting skills in analyzing issues- Effective communication and facilitation skills - ability to converse technically and functionally- Excellent documentation skills writing Functional Specification and performing Unit tests/Integration tests
o Proficiency with SAPUI5 development tools (Eclipse, SAP WebIDE, SAP Business Application Studio)
o Experience with JSON/XML and REST based web services
o High level problem solving and communication skills o Experience writing technical specifications based on application design/architecture
o Familiarity with GitLab
o Agile Tools, Process, Ceremonies
o JIRA experience is a plus
o Box and Confluence
Accredited Bachelor's Degree
4/10 work schedule
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
