Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facilities Analyst for a contract opportunity in Camden, AR.

This position is 100% onsite.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition. Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors; removing refuse; polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; providing janitorial supplies; and cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms.


REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work in ordnance facility. Ability to climb on ladder to clean spider webs, change light bulbs, etc. Ability to work around cleaning chemicals. Ability to work overtime as needed. This job will require lifting of up to 30 pounds. Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment. CRC of Bronze or higher will need to be provided with resume. Must possess a valid Drivers' License.

EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED

SHIFT:
Full-Time
4/10-1st shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
