Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Management Specialist 4 for a contract opportunity in Richardson, TX.
This position is 100% onsite.
Leads cross function team in cost, schedule, technical, and risk for program execution
Oversight responsibility (performance management & reporting) for a portfolio of small to medium size projects in support of organizational the goals and objectives
Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements
Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans
Provides assessment of team performance to appropriate management
Responds to changes to SOW, assesses the impact and negotiates proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, costs and schedules
Leads project execution to complete the work statement
Works under minimal direction from the program manager
Experience with program management / project management
PREFERRED DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience managing Agile Methodologies
Experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis
Accredited education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
