Chipton-Ross is seeking a Office Administrator for a contract opportunity in Waltham, MA.

o Conduct site operations in accordance with terms and conditions of program contract and Statement of Work.
o Develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with clients, service vendors and staff.
o Schedule repair and preventive maintenance work orders with vendors and customers
o Follow up on work orders to ensure work has been completed
o Obtain and review field service reports to close out calls in Resource Center
o Submit add, change, delete service requests
o Responsible for accurate data input to Resource Center database to include service requests, work orders.
o Adhere to all customer security and safety procedures.
o Other appropriate duties as assigned
o Travel to multiple client locations as applicable to support account needs as required

o Experience in Life Science or Healthcare environment preferred
o Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
o Works primarily at customer locations, in office environment to include cubicles and laboratory environments which consist of noise and hazards.
o Interactions will consist of face-to-face meetings, telephone, email, Web X meetings.
o Physical Activity: Walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, lifting, PC work.
o Must possess motor skills appropriate to the task
o Depending on area of building, personal protective equipment may be worn to include lab coats, safety glasses

o Associates degree or equivalent

WORK HOURS: Shifts Hours: 9-5pm or 8-4pm
100% Onsite

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
