Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a contract opportunity in Bedford, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking a person to extract information from paper batch records and databases, enter data in excel and organize information for continuous improvement initiatives to improve batch manufacture processes and quality.
The initiatives will support key projects to improve capacity/service for our pharma customers while reducing defects in processes.
This role is 100% on-site and will work with Scientists and Engineers in an office and manufacturing/QC lab environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Proficient with Excel
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Able to work independently to complete tasks upon receiving guidance

Nice to have Skills:
• Organization and time management
• Collaborative
• 5S experience
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

EDUCATION: • High School Diploma

WORK HOURS: Work hours are flexible between business hours of 8 AM to 6 PM.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
