Chipton-Ross is seeking a Customer Care Representative for a contract opportunity in Logan, UT.

Performing actions related to strategic pricing decisions.

Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills combined with exceptional computer skills/literacy including knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications

Driving midyear and/or annual price adjustments through order entry of updated customer purchase orders into ERP (ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING) system and updating orders post order entry.

Processing any necessary customer credits in collaboration with Finance and Accounts Receivable as a result of price adjustments.

Working with key internal partners (i.e. Commercial, Quoting, Pricing, etc.) to optimize the customer journey and continuously improve the process.

Answer customer emails through salesforce.com queue in a professional and timely manner.

Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner; provide information within the area of assignment in an efficient and timely manner.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Report any actual or potential safety hazards to the Supervisor, Human Resources, Safety Specialist or Senior

Can potentially be brought on after 90 days depending on business needs, candidate performance and attendance. This is not a guarantee.

Possess good communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
At least 3 months customer service experience.
Must have previous experience with Word, Outlook and Excel.

EDUCATION: Must have a high school degree or equivalent from an accredited institution

WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday / 8:00 - 5:00. Full-time.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
