Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking one Integration and Test 3 for a contract opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected Integration and Test Engineer will provide onsite customer support for a restricted program. The selected candidate will support the team to integrate complex applications on a Windows platform for a critical customer program.

Essential Functions:
Installation and configuration of Windows platforms from the OS up to the application level
Documentation and verification of all installation and configuration steps to be delivered to the customer
Be responsible for integration/execution, detailed data analysis, and preparation of software test reports
Coordinate execution of SW integration tests to verify system operation
Work with software development to diagnose the root cause of problems found during integration
Perform smoke testing, integration testing, regression testing in an Agile systems development environment.
Document system problems and verify fixes.
Participate in formal inspection process, customer meetings, and user events.
Provide support to customer testers and developers during acceptance testing, including test procedure walkthroughs, documentation of testing issues and test results, and answering questions on system functionality.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED equivalent and 9 years of applicable experience. Will also consider Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience or a relevant Master's Degree with 3 years of experience.
Experience with generating test plans, test cases, and test procedures.
Experience with test execution, test analysis, and troubleshooting.
Experience with execution of Software integration tests to verify proper system operation.
Familiarity with Agile software development.

Preferred:
Experience with US DoD mission planning and the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) Framework (FW).
Experience working with Agile software development teams.
Experience with collaboration and development tools, such as Microsoft Visio, TeamForge, JIRA, and Confluence.
Experience with cloud computing environments.
Experience with one or more scripting languages to facilitate automation and tool development.
Experience with security architectures, firewalls and network security controls.
Experience with software development
Current DoD 8570 IAT II Certification (Security+, CEH, CISSP, etc.).

EDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 workweek.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
