Chipton-Ross is seeking an Inventory Clerk for a contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI.

o Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy. Correct variances as needed.
o Enter cycle count data into spreadsheets (Excel) to record findings.
o Perform required duties to maintain accurate stock inventory records.
o Perform required data entry into ERP system (SAP).
o Investigate inventory discrepancies and provide resolution.
o Maintain the 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) program for your area.
o Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in material handling/management as required by the FDA.
o Submit recommendations to improve the cycle count process and record keeping. Report opportunities to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
o Responsible for following safety requirements by wearing required personal protective equipment and identifying and eliminating unsafe acts and conditions in the workplace.
o Safely utilize powered lifts to access material.
o Assist in the Materials department as needed.

o At least 1 year of experience within material handling or a related area.
o Good math and reading skills.
o Strong computer skills.
o Fluent in English (both written and oral).
o Must pass powered lift training within 3 months of hire.
o Ability to be standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods of time.
o Capable of handling boxes and loads of material up to 40 lbs.
o Behavior skills and abilities:
o Ability to work under minimal supervision.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
o Ability to manage time and prioritize critical priorities.
o Team player who possesses outstanding customer service skills and is self-motivated.

SAP experience.
o Experience with Microsoft Excel.
o Previous experience operating powered lift equipment such as forklifts.

Accredited High School diploma or equivalent.

1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
